A Pop of Floral

I love floral patterns. Whether it is on a blouse, a skirt or even shoes, I think it is such a feminine and romantic way to add something special to an outfit. Since floral tops are generally not too “busy” I think they are as versatile as a solid piece of clothing – you can wear it by itself, mixed with another pattern or layered.

When I saw this top at Revolve I thought it was adorable and was shocked at the price! I thought that it was a fun option that is slightly different than the (kind of) overdone off-the-shoulder look. Also, I have been dying for a cute crop-top that isn’t too sexy or “too much”. Anyways, long story short, I’m kind of obsessed with this top.

For a simple, easy look I paired it with my white denim mini that I featured on the blog not too long ago with a band tee and denim jacket. It is such an easy option that is more girly that a pair of denim cut offs and just as comfortable. For shoes, I’ve been loving this pair of flat metallic sandals by Loeffler Randall. If you’re not familiar with the brand, they make the BEST quality shoes that are so on point for every season and not too overly priced considering craftsmanship. I typically never wear flat shoes unless they are sneakers, but I have been reaching for this pair constantly!
